When Wendy Pugh first started her gluten-free lifestyle 12 years ago, she was left wanting. The gluten-free options in her neighborhood didn’t satisfy, leaving her and the gluten-free community in need. So, she filled this need herself; founding Bake Me Happy with her wife to create delicious, gluten free concoctions for ALL to enjoy. Now, the baking business is booming, and Wendy’s estimates 30-40% of her sales comes from Facebook and Instagram.
